“Intentional living” is one of the leading global lifestyle trends today. Essentially, it is the conscious pursuit of what you really want in life, even if it means completely breaking away from the conventional mold.

4. Create a schedule.
As they say, time management is life management. So, create a schedule for all of the tasks that you need to accomplish. When you follow a schedule, you create order that you can rely on. Along with that, you will be able to find time for your pursuit of happiness and joy, such as regular self-care.
If productivity and efficiency are your goals, you need to be a person who creates and observes a schedule.
5. Set aside time for reflection.
Reflecting will provide you with a better understanding of yourself and the different situations you find yourself in. This also offers the opportunity for you to carefully think about what you can do to better yourself and overall quality of life.
