We are the one who make an impact to be a better version of ourselves. The knowledge and experiences we have acquired throughout our life, the good or bad habits we adopt, that make us who we are.
If you think your experience, knowledge and practices are not enough to find your best version, you should read the methods below enlightened by Mohab Ayoub who has a great impact on youth and create a vision for life and self-improvement to live a life you deserve! Also see website for more information.
1. Each morning, make a list of the 3 most important things you should do for the day that will make the most impact.
This will help you focus on your priorities while helping you avoid other things that might be hindering you. So you can be more efficient by determining your priorities.
2. Don’t worry about the little things.
When faced with difficult situations, it often seems like a disaster. If you want to do something but fail to do it, or when you try and get it wrong, you may be disappointed and stuck with it for a long time and not think of anything else. But this is a behavior that should not be done.
You need to get out of the immediate moment and move forward quickly and realize that this mistake is actually a minor bump in your life. You should spend that time creating something or learning lessons instead of being stunned.
So instead of panic when faced with difficult situations, ask yourself; Will this thing still matter in 10 days? In 10 months? In 10 years? Don’t worry about the small things and focus your eyes on the big picture.
3. Learn something new during the day.
A list of these new habits could be a new language or skill. Challenge yourself to grow every day. If you develop a little bit each day, you will see how it combines and grows in a year. The effect will become exciting over time.
4. Watch a thought leader on YouTube every week
Many people recommend reading every day to learn. You may like to read, but if you tend to learn better through visuals, you can watch videos where a thought leader discusses their learning and views. It can be a great way to support your learning.
5. Group your emails.
It’s easy to get distracted by the thousands of emails that arrive throughout the day. Instead of checking each one as it comes, you can divide it into groups and check the group every 3 hours. If there is something urgent, they will reach you in another way.
6. Drink something refreshing every morning.
There are many easy drinks that you can prepare quickly with fruit. These drinks both relax you and help you have a healthy day.
7. Exercise in the morning.
It’s simple but very effective… Your energy will be higher and your health will be much better. You can aim to run 2-3 miles a day. You don’t have to be perfect, but the days you work out, you’ll feel like a completely new person.
8. Feel grateful.
Tell yourself every morning and every night 3 things you are grateful for that day. It will make you feel happier. Another way to do this is to write these 3 things on paper and put them in a box. Whenever you feel bad, take a piece of paper from the box and read it. That way, you can feel better.
9. Build a “feel good” team.
Spend time with friends and family who encourage you to live in the best way possible. Do you have negative people in your life? Try not to spend time with them. Take the toxins out of your life. Be with people who bring out the best in you and help you shine.
10. Be biased against trying.
Most of the time, we don’t know what the correct answer is. What is the best way to learn? Try. Test your opinions and be unbiased about taking action to find out what works. You may have to try different ideas all the time to find success.
